Rockmore International has been chosen to supply rock-drilling bits and rods for the following tunneling projects in Switzerland.

• The Soerenberg/Lucerne 5.3-kilometer tunnel at Lucerne.
• The 500-meter Eggrain tunnel project located near Zurich.

In addition to supplying all drilling tools and accessories, Rockmore is providing field service that includes weekly, on-site, technical support visits at both projects to evaluate drilling progress and address technical requirements.

Rockmore is providing drilling tools directly from its Austrian manufacturing plant, which supplies many of the tunneling projects under construction in the mountainous regions of Europe.

For over 50 years, Rockmore has been a worldwide supplier of rock-drilling bits and rods that are designed and manufactured at its USA headquarters and Austrian facilities.
